Where Our Baskets Can Be Delivered

We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the United States. Higher rates apply to Alaska and Hawaii. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

*ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND ADDITIONAL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

*Please allow enough shipping time for baskets which need to arrive by a certain date, such as birthdays, weddings or Holidays.

Currently we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas. In our experience, these destinations are too high risk. Packages were damaged, lost, or returned to us at great expense. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Change in Address

If an error is made in the shipping address when the order is placed, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make all necessary changes to insure your gift gets to the correct location. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, we will need to contact either UPS or FED EX, and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $10.00-$25.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error depending on the nature of the request.

Canceling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us or call us at 508-887-3235.

Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will only be charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back.

Returns & Refunds

We are prepared to offer a full refund of the purchase price for any damaged or defective, unused gift, as long as the claims is placed within 15 days of the gift being received. Arrangements may also be made for a replacement product if desired. Baskets shipped will be similar in design to corresponding picture and/or description, depending on season and product availability.

Substitutions

Locally Yours Baskets reserves the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value at any time due to product availability and freshness. Baskets will always be in keeping with the theme chosen by the customer.

Chocolate and the Warm Months

We have found these two items don’t mix very well. We will substitute comparable items in our gift baskets from May – September.

Your Message Card

We will gladly send an enclosure card in ENGLISH with all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.

UPS/FED-EX Ground

(From Spencer, MA 01562)- Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time)

Express Shipping/Delivery Times

If you need it there faster than Ground shipping other methods include UPS 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), UPS 2 Day (2 business days + shipping day), & UPS Next Day Air. (will arrive the following business day) Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.

The appropriate shipping charges will be added to any orders in which the ground shipping is chosen as an option.

All gift basket orders placed by 3 pm EST (noon PST) are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 3 pm EST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Sales Tax

Locally Yours Baskets charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location where the order was received from.

Tracking Your Order

Once the order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your gift online. UPS.com or FEDEX.com
